Timing of your Order and Delivery:
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following receipt.
You will receive an order confirmation by email the same day of your order. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation when the order ships. If you are not able to find your order or shipping confirmation emails, please be sure check your spam or promotions folder.
Processing and shipping timing are subject to change when you place an order during a promotion or during a holiday period. Please contact us directly at email@example.com if you have questions regarding shipping time estimates.
Standard shipping orders are shipped via FedEx. Please allow between 3-8 business days to receive your order.
Expedited orders are shipped via FedEx. Please allow between 1-2 business days to receive your order.
All orders placed Monday – Friday prior to 12:00 PM CST will ship same day, orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will ship next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship next business day.
Business days for purposes of shipping and shipping-time estimates are Monday through Friday, excluding US National and Federal Holidays.
All orders are subject to reconfirmation of inventory on hand.

Delivery times may be longer than usual due to the COVID-19 pandemic across the globe. We will arrange shipment as soon as the delivery industry gets back to normal.
Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).

Normally orders will ship within 2-7 business days of processing payment, unless particularly noted else where on the website, at the time order is placed, or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through 3dlashandbrow.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to 3D Lash and Brow as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to 3D Lash and Brow, please contact 3D Lash and Brow to make arrangements for reshipment.
International shipping to Canada rates and rules vary. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order.
Outside of the United States, customs or duty charges may apply. 3D Lash and Brow cannot predict and is not responsible for any customs or duty charges that the recipient may incur.
Please note: We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost/stolen by any mail carrier service unless we make a mistake on the shipping address. Also, shipping prices and timing may vary during promotional periods.

Most 3D Lash and Brow orders will be processed by 3D Lash and Brow, and shipped directly from 3D Lash and Brow distribution center in Dallas.
When you place an order on the 3D Lash and Brow website, you will receive a shipping info email from us. Please check your registered email inbox for your order status. Additionally, you can check the shipping info through My Account -> Order History after you log in to our website.
Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 3-5 business days after receiving the order.
