Thinking about being a Nail Tech?

They’re in salons or even in the comfort of their own home. And yes, you’ve probably used their service in both of these locations. Like several other beauty professions, Nail Technicians were taught to enhance the look of your natural appearance and give you confidence through their art. These professionals have completed courses and hours worth of practice in order to receive their nail technician license in their designated state.

Have you ever been interested in becoming a licensed Nail Technician? If you have, then you're in the right place. You nailed it!

Where do I start?

Step number one… finding the right school. This alone can be incredibly hard, especially when you may be in a transitional period of your life - probably working full time at a job you don’t enjoy? Our school prides itself on being able to cater to busy lifestyles and schedules, because we want to see everyone succeed in the beauty industry.

At 3D Lash & Brow, we offer a Manicure Program where you are required to complete 600 hours worth of education and practice, this can be completed in as little as 4 months when you are a full-time student! While hands-on experience is encouraged 100% to perfect your art, we also offer our students the option to complete this program fully online or as a hybrid student. Our students are given the opportunity to decide how much time they can dedicate to practicing their art in person.

After I’m licensed, then what?

All states in the U.S. as well as Puerto Rico, will require you to take and pass both a written and practical application part of the nail technician license exam in order to be given your license. After receiving your license, you’ll be able to choose whether you work for a salon or become your own boss! This is where all the excitement and hard work kicks in. Either route you decide to take, you can expect it to pay off. The demand for nail technicians has continuously kept growing and will continue to increase in the years to come. While having beautiful nails is not a necessity, it is definitely a form of self care these days!
